2015 Petaluma Speedway Rules Posted

The 2015 Petaluma Speedway Division Rules have been posted.  Mini Stocks, Dwarfs, IMCA Modifieds, Spec Sprint, & Winged 360's join the previously released Super Stock rules.  The Hoosier 105-16 Medium Tire will be allowed to both sprint car classes.  Several Mini Stock rules have been changed: 3.1 Mini Trucks allowed (13" or 14" wheels) 3.11 Racing shocks allowed, steel body only, not to exceed $75.  Cars with front struts not to exceed $150 per strut. 5.13 Clarify Holley [...]

New Super Stock Rules Revised

The new Super Stock Rules have been revised.  The new rule book which feaures the revisions is labeled 2015-2018 rev 1.2 and can be downloaded from the 'Driver Zone' section. The rules that were reveised were: 3.2 Frame – 2"X3" (0.120" wall) tubing must be utilized for the rear clip. 3.5 Suspension – No Wide Five Hubs, Any OEM stock production spindle allowed.  No fabricated spindles. 3.8 Brakes – Any OEM direct replacement steel or aluminum calipers allowed.  [...]

2014 Petaluma Speedway Awards Banquet

The 2014 Petaluma Speedway Awards Bnaquet will be Saturday Night, November 29th in Herzog Hall at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds.  Happy Hour at 6 pm, Dinner at 7 pm, Awrards at 8 pm.  Dinner will be served by Angela's Catering and feature: Beef Tri-Tip, Marinated Turkey Filets, Polenta Marinara, Penne Pasta, Ceaser Salad, and Dessert.  $40 per person.  Awards will be for the top-five in each division plus rookies of the year, most improved driver, sportsmanship of the year [...]
