Petaluma Speedway Opens For 54th Season Saturday

Petaluma Speedway the iconic adobe oval situated in the heart of Sonoma County will throw it's doors open to patrons in a big way on Saturday Night.  The first of 24 scheduled events in 2015 will be the California Civil War Sprint Car Series presented by Flowmaster along with the Larsen Racing Products Dwarfs and the newly launched Santa Rosa Auto Body 600's.  On hand will be Civil War regulars Colby Wiesz, Justin Sanders, and Matt Peterson to challenge the "Petaluma Posse" defending track champion Herman Klein, Alissa Geving, Bradley Terrell, and Geoff Ensign.  Gates open at 4 pm, qualifying at 5 pm, and racing at 6 pm.  Adult ticket prices $18, seniors and children $14, under 5 are always free.
