Unfortunately this weeks continuous wet weather has saturated the pit area and parking lot of Petaluma Speedway, forcing the cancellation of Saturday’s scheduled opening night. All efforts will be utilized to try and launch the 2019 racing season next Saturday, April 6th.
Due to inclement weather and unstable grounds this Saturday’s Test & Tune day is cancelled.
Unfortunately Petaluma Speedway will have to cancel our scheduled test & tune for this Saturday, March 16th. Due to the amount of recent rainfall the facility just won’t support the rigs, or competitors in a safe manner. Attention all Pit Stop USA Winged 360’s and Spec Sprint competitors. Petaluma Speedway’s approved mufflers for the 2019 season are the Flowmaster 53545-10 with turn downs or the Large Spin Tech Muffler (Super Stock 1000 part #1545) with turn downs. The 2019 Petaluma Speedway Super Stock and 600 Micro rule books have been posted the Petaluma Speedway website. The super stocks now have the option of utilizing the GM 604 Crate Engine. The 600 Micro rules are updated to reflect procedural and technical changes agreed upon at the division meeting in December.
